If your business is GST-registered, you can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on your Amezly subscription. Enter your GSTIN in Settings → Billing for it to appear on your invoice.

We accept all major Indian payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), debit cards, net banking, and EMI options on eligible credit cards. All transactions are in INR. International cards are accepted but charged in INR.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades (Starter → Growth) take effect immediately — you're charged a pro-rata amount for the rest of the current billing cycle and then the new full price from the next cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No penalty for switching in either direction.

We'll notify you at 80% and 95% of your limit by email. If you hit 100%, the feature is paused (not blocked entirely — your chatbot will still respond with a "service temporarily busy" message) until you either top up with an add-on or your next billing cycle begins. We never charge overages automatically without your explicit consent.

No contracts on monthly billing. You're billed month to month and can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment for the discounted rate, but are still cancellable (see our Refund Policy for annual plan pro-rata refund details). Enterprise plans have custom terms.

No — WhatsApp messages included in your plan (500 for Starter, 5,000 for Growth) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Add-on message packs you purchase separately are valid for 6 months from purchase and do roll over within that window. This is to keep billing simple and predictable.

Yes — the 14-day free trial on the Growth plan includes Voice AI with 30 minutes of calls to test with. You don't need to commit to Growth until you've seen it work for your business.
