AI for Every
Indian Business.
Not Just the Big Ones.
India has 63 million small and medium businesses. Most of them compete every day against well-funded brands with tech teams, ad budgets, and automation tools they'll never afford. Amezly exists to change that.
fairness problem
in India
The same AI tools that let large companies answer customers instantly, run personalised campaigns, and never miss a lead — are out of reach for most Indian SMBs. They're too expensive, too complex, require a developer to set up, and are designed for markets that are nothing like India.
A Zomato or Swiggy can spend ₹50 lakh on tech infrastructure. A restaurant owner in Bhopal running three tables cannot. But that restaurant owner's customers have the same expectations — fast replies, WhatsApp communication, and a smooth experience.
That gap — between what large companies can do and what small businesses can afford — is the problem Amezly was built to close.
What We Believe In
Six principles that shape every product decision, every customer interaction, and every line of code we write.
Why We Built Amezly
The idea for Amezly came from watching a relative struggle to manage customer enquiries for a small retail shop. Customers would send WhatsApp messages asking about products at 11 PM. By the time they were replied to the next morning, they'd already bought from a competitor. The solution — hire someone to manage WhatsApp 24/7 — was financially impossible.
This wasn't a unique problem. It was the same problem facing every bakery, every clinic, every tutoring centre, every small e-commerce seller across India. The tools that could solve it — AI chatbots, automated follow-ups, voice agents — all existed. But they were priced for companies with dedicated tech teams and six-figure software budgets.
So we built Amezly. Starting with the simplest possible version of what a small business owner actually needed: a chatbot that could answer product questions on WhatsApp, in Hindi, without anyone having to be awake at midnight.
That first chatbot became the foundation of a full AI platform — adding voice agents, email campaigns, CRM, order management, and SEO tools. Each one built with the same constraint: it had to be simple enough for someone with no technical background, and priced so that the first customer it brings in pays for it.
Today, over 500 Indian businesses use Amezly — from a single-person clinic in Nashik to a chain of salons in Hyderabad. Every product decision we make is still guided by the same question: would this help the shop owner who has no tech team and doesn't have time to read a manual?
India-Native.
There's a difference between a global product that happens to work in India and a product that was designed from day one with India's businesses, languages, regulations, and payment systems as the starting point. Amezly is the second kind.
The Vision for Amezly's Next 5 Years
We're building toward a world where every Indian SMB has access to the same quality of AI automation as the country's biggest brands.
