What counts as a commission-eligible payment: Monthly and annual subscription payments (Starter ₹999 and Growth ₹2,999), and recurring add-on purchases (SEO Suite, extra seats). One-time purchases (onboarding, credit top-ups) are not commission-eligible.

Partner Program Questions
Is there a cost to join the Partner Program? ▶
No. Joining Amezly's Partner Program is completely free for all partner types — Referral, Agency, and Integration. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or minimum commitment requirements. You can join, refer customers, and earn commissions without paying anything to Amezly.
How and when are commissions paid out? ▶
Commissions are calculated weekly and paid out every Monday for the previous week's confirmed earnings. Payouts are made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or NEFT bank transfer — whichever you set up in your partner dashboard. There is no minimum payout threshold — even ₹1 of commission is paid out.
What happens to my commission if a referral cancels their subscription? ▶
Commission is paid only on confirmed successful payments. If a referral cancels their subscription, commission stops from the next payment cycle. If a payment is refunded (e.g., under our 7-day money-back guarantee), the corresponding commission is deducted from your next payout. We will notify you by email whenever a referral's account status changes.
Can I refer my own account to earn commission? ▶
No. Self-referrals are strictly not permitted and will result in permanent disqualification from the Partner Program. Amezly's fraud detection system automatically flags self-referrals based on IP address, payment method, and account details. If you are an Amezly subscriber who wants to refer others, that is perfectly fine — just don't refer your own account.
Do I need to be an Amezly customer to become a partner? ▶
No, though we strongly recommend trying Amezly first so you can speak authentically about the product. We offer Agency partners a free Growth plan access for their own agency account to use as a demo environment. Referral partners who want to try the product can use the 14-day free trial before applying.
Is commission paid on add-ons and annual plan upgrades? ▶
Commission is paid on monthly and annual subscription payments (Starter and Growth) and on recurring add-ons (SEO Suite, extra team seats). One-time purchases like WhatsApp credit packs, voice minute packs, and the onboarding fee are not commission-eligible. If a referral upgrades from Starter to Growth mid-cycle, you earn commission on the higher Growth plan amount from the next billing cycle.
Are there restrictions on how I can promote Amezly? ▶
Yes. You may not run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) bidding on Amezly brand keywords (e.g., "amezly", "amezly.com"). You may not make false or exaggerated claims about Amezly's capabilities. You may not use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote your referral link. Content should be honest and based on actual product features. Full guidelines are in the Partner Agreement you sign on joining.
What is the tax treatment of partner commissions? ▶
Commission payments are classified as commission income under Indian tax law. If your total annual commission exceeds ₹15,000, Amezly is required to deduct TDS at 5% under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act. We will issue Form 16A (TDS certificate) quarterly. Your total commission income should be declared in your ITR under "Income from Other Sources" or business income, depending on your tax status. We recommend consulting a CA for your specific situation.
