Amezly captures the customer's phone number when they enter it at checkout (or when they message you on WhatsApp). When they abandon their cart, Amezly automatically sends a WhatsApp message 30 minutes later with the items they left behind and a direct checkout link. No change to your checkout flow is required — just a small JavaScript snippet on your website that we provide.
